“Despite all our accomplishments, we owe our existence to a layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains”
Last year Downholland Parish Council commissioned a sculpture for Jubilee Park to celebrate the area’s local agricultural heritage.
The sculpture is funded by CIL money received from the conversion of local farms into houses.
The Sculpture is due for installation in Summer 2024.
